The market price of every coin you deposit, mine, or withdraw can rise or fall sharply and without warning, sometimes within minutes. Your account's USD-denominated balance and any coin conversions reflect prices at the time of the action, not a guaranteed future value.
Daily output is based on the hashrate of your active plan(s) and the rate we publish from time to time. It is not a fixed, promised, or contractually guaranteed return, and it can change. Past output is not a guarantee of future output, and marketing figures (including illustrative calculators on this site) are estimates, not promises.
Amounts you deposit are not insured by any government deposit insurance scheme (like FDIC or similar) and are not principal-protected. If the platform, a plan, or the broader market performs poorly, you can lose some or all of the value you put in.
Nothing on this site — including the marketing calculator, plan descriptions, or support responses — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. KuMining is not a bank, broker-dealer, or regulated financial institution. Decide for yourself, or with your own independent advisor, whether using this service fits your situation.
Deposits and withdrawals happen on public blockchains. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or recalled — by you or by us, regardless of the reason.
Sending funds to the wrong address, or using the wrong network for a coin (for example, sending an ERC-20 token to a TRC-20 address), typically results in permanent loss of those funds. Always double-check the address and network shown on the Deposit or Withdraw page before confirming.
Like any software service, KuMining can have bugs, downtime, or degraded performance. We do our best to keep the service reliable and to fix problems quickly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
We rely on third parties outside our control — blockchain networks, node providers, and market-data sources — to confirm deposits, broadcast withdrawals, and price coins. Congestion, outages, or errors on any of these can delay or affect your activity on KuMining.
Laws and regulations around cryptocurrency differ by country and are still evolving. A change in the rules that apply to you, or to us, could affect your ability to use KuMining or access your funds. You're responsible for understanding the rules that apply where you live.
Withdrawals are reviewed by our team before being sent on-chain, which takes time and is not instant settlement. In periods of high demand, network congestion, or heightened fraud review, withdrawal processing can take longer than usual.
Referral commissions depend on the activity of the people you refer and on rates that can change going forward. They are not a guaranteed or passive income stream.
If someone else gets access to your email, password, or device, they may be able to access your account. We offer optional two-factor authentication, but ultimately you're responsible for keeping your own credentials and devices secure.
Only deposit funds you can afford to have fluctuate in value or, in the worst case, lose entirely. Do not treat your account balance as a substitute for savings, insurance, or guaranteed income, and do not deposit borrowed money you can't afford to lose.
